In House Staff Training

In order to educate and train its employees, the company stared in house education programming 1999. A four members committee was organized to arrange the session and to choose the best topic and speaker on monthly bases. The results of this training are encouraging.

5-S Programs

Installation And After Sales

Initially the company started providing installation and after sales services to its valuable customers and to look after it product through installer network. Later on the company addressed that there is a need to further train the people in this field and the company backup is necessary. For this purpose the company established its own department in 1995-96 known as ACES (Air-conditioning and Engineering Services)
